Bollywood can’t seem to get over its hangover of The Singh just yet. Lets take a look at all the B-Town A listers who are following the trend and going the Punjabi way.
First came the real bad boy of Bollywood, playing a Sikh Army Officer, very flaky performance I must say. The movie tanked needless to say.
Sometime went by and the news came in that the real chotte Nawab was doing a double act as a Sikh from the sixties and the flamboyant NRI in London.
The movie was oh so successful, despite having Deepika Padukone as the lead herione.
Never mind now we move on to the next two stars who are going to make their Sikh debuts soon.
First is the latest Chocolate boy of tinseltown, Ranbir Kapoor, in and as YashRaj’s Rocket Singh.
Shaken? Relax, this isn’t half the shock you’re entitled for, the next bollywood celeb playing a Sikh is actually a woman, yes and she’d be Rani Mukherjee? Not amused? Likewise!
